We help knowledge worker teams change how they actually work.
Work has gotten noisier, faster, and more complex than most teams were built for. Constant demands, competing priorities, back-to-back meetings, a growing pile of messages. AI is speeding up the pace of work, but not the clarity behind it.
What’s missing isn’t another tool. It’s space for the kind of thinking that makes teams good at their jobs: judgment, focus, communication, trust. Without that, even the best technology just adds to the noise.
That’s the gap Think Productive North America exists to close. We run workshops and programs that help teams reclaim attention, lead with consistency, and turn training into behavior change that actually lasts, not just a strong feeling on the day.
How we work
Our approach is practical, human, and built to stick:
- Highly practical. Interactive, thought-provoking sessions with immediate, real-world application, not theory delivered at people.
- Behavioral. We work on the underlying habits, mindsets, and team culture behind how people actually operate, not just the techniques on the surface.
- Reinforced, not one-and-done. Every workshop includes a follow-up Ninja Clinic about six weeks after delivery, built to surface what’s working, what’s stuck, and what needs to shift.
What we believe
Great work isn’t about doing more, faster. It’s about giving people the clarity, skills, and culture to do their best thinking. We work with leaders in any function who can see what’s actually getting in the way: how priorities are set and defended, how attention gets protected from interruption, how communication norms cut down on unnecessary friction, and how delegation builds accountability instead of dependency.
Who we are
Our team is made up of memorable, subject-matter experts who bring real, tactical, lived-in experience to the room, not slides full of theory.
The difference we make
We don’t measure ourselves on session satisfaction scores. We measure whether the work shows up differently in how a team operates three to six months later.
Who we work with
Our clients span sectors from government to financial services, retail, healthcare, telecoms, education, legal, and beyond, wherever knowledge workers are the engine of the business, and how they handle attention, meetings, and communication determines whether the strategy actually lands. Recent client work includes Santander, Bell Canada, Pfizer, Lululemon, Warner Bros, Unifor, JP Morgan Chase, and Food Banks Canada.
