As co-owner of Think Productive North America, I get to work with and learn from the incredibly talented Ninjas located around the globe, and help bring their knowledge and expertise to our clients.
My career has been about finding better ways to solve problems, first in large-scale IT change, now at Think Productive. The complex part was never the technical side. It was making sure the solution actually fit the human need, so the outcome was something people valued. I’m passionate about working with leaders to create that kind of solution for their teams, because I believe people want to deliver their best work and end their day feeling that what they did mattered.
